Hello, here are two sample with "wouldn't" from English Grammar Guide:
1. Before I moved abroad, I wouldn't try anything new.
2. Whenever there were sports on TV, we just wouldn't do our homework.
I'm not sure about the meaning of "wouldn't" in them. For No.1. I think that "wouldn't" is used to express general wilingness, i.e.:
